Grilled asparagus salad with Le Rustique Camembert
and colorful courgettes

Ingredients:
- 1 green courgette
- 1 yellow courgette
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 2 Le Rustique Camemberts 250g
- 1 curly lettuce
- 400g green asparagus
- 1 large red onion
- 200ml extra virgin olive oil
- 30ml cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Sugar
- Honey
ADD TO BASKET
Method:
Wash the vegetables.
Cut the courgette into thin strips and mix them with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Wash the curly lettuce and cut it into small pieces.
Wash the asparagus.
Drizzle the cleaned asparagus with olive oil and grill them in a hot pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
Dressing:
Mix the olive oil with apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper. Season with honey.
Cut Le Rustique Camembert into 2-3 cm pieces.
Place the different ingredients into layers in a bowl and pour the dressing over the salad.
